Restoration Hall & the IYRS Wharf

One of the most unique waterfront venues in Newport, Restoration Hall offers soaring ceilings, beautiful windows, and the rustic feel of our wooden boatbuilding shop, all at the edge of Newport Harbor. Just outside the Restoration Hall doors lies the beautiful IYRS wharf overlooking Newport Harbor and the Newport Pell Bridge. Restoration Hall can accommodate up to 400 guests for a cocktail style event or up to 250 for a seated dinner or presentation depending on the time of year.

Edward W. Kane and James Gubelmann IYRS Maritime Library

The IYRS Maritime Library offers an intimate setting for meetings and small presentations. Located on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator) of the John Mecray Aquidneck Mill Building on the IYRS campus, the library showcases a unique collection of maritime books, artifacts, and artwork. It can accommodate up to 25 guests for a presentation style event.
