Telli Quinn '19 enrolled at IYRS with virtually no hands-on or design experience. Just three years later, she is an Industrial Designer at an innovative company and has launched a cookware line for a national brand that she designed from concept to production.

Coleman Walker '18 knew that a 4-year college was not the path for him. Today he designs and builds custom sportfishing boats for an exciting, young company.

Meet alumna Elena Soini ’17, Boatbuilding & Restoration graduate. She found her way to IYRS after a career in the Coast Guard. Today she’s an entrepreneur and small business owner with a passion for helping people ride the waves and enjoy the outdoors, using the skills she learned at IYRS.
