Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in The IYRS Artisan Holiday Market!
We’re excited to receive your applications and celebrate the creativity of our community. Please note that while we appreciate every submission, spots are limited, and selection will be based on various criteria to ensure a diverse and vibrant event. Filling out an application does not guarantee participation, but we encourage you to showcase your unique offerings.
Rules:
- Complete the Vendor application.
- All items offered for sale must be handmade.
- Photos of the type of goods you will offer for sale must be provided with the application.
- Vendors are responsible for taking payment for all goods and remitting the appropriate tax to the state of Rhode Island.
- A valid Rhode Island retail tax permit is required.
Once Approved:
- You will be notified by IYRS Event Management and sent a link to pay the $50 registration fee. The application fee is waived for IYRS students, graduates, faculty, and staff.
- Approved Vendors will be provided a designated space in Restoration Hall with one 8 foot table for display.
- Vendors can begin load-in and set up at 9:30 am and must have their space fully emptied by 4:00pm on Saturday, December 7, 2024.
