The IYRS Commemorative Brick Walkway connects the entrance of the Kristal and Joe Dockery Welcome Center in the John Mecray Aquidneck Mill Building to Thames Street, Newport's main thoroughfare. Thousands of students and visitors view and use the walkway annually.
