In this workshop, taught by professional artist and art teacher Mandy Howe, you will learn how to design, carve, and print a simple soft-cut linoleum block. It is a basic relief printing technique which is easy to learn and very versatile. Combine your printed design with stamping, drawing, stenciling or collage and have fun making greeting cards, wall hangings, or an edition of prints suitable for framing. 

All materials provided, including water-based inks for printing.

Limited to 12 participants.  This workshop is suitable for all members of the family, from 4th grade and beyond.

On campus parking is available.

Mandy Howe graduated from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts with a BFA in Painting and Printmaking and has been on the RISCA Teaching Artist Roster since 2017. Her paintings and prints are shown regularly in many local and reginal exhibitions.
